Made with 75% raspberries and grape juice concentrate, this no added sugar preserve is bursting with intense fruit flavour. Spread the preserve over buttered croissants, sandwich it between golden sponge cakes for a classic Victoria sponge, or serve it with a classic dessert of the Italian Alps, deep-fried pastry coils dusted with icing sugar.
