Celery salt is the definitive Bloody Mary cocktail spice. Celery salt is made from salt and ground celery seeds ā with a strong celery flavour and hints of nutmeg, citrus and parsley ā and it can be used in much much more.
Sprinkle celery salt sprinkle over salads or into stews, or serve alongside quailsā eggs. Also use celery salt in tomato-based soups, to season roast pork, or to liven up salad dressings and coleslaw.
Once opened store in a cool, dry, dark place away from direct sunlight.
