Cook Pal Japanese Carbon Steel Tamagoyaki Omelette Pan, 14.6x10.6cm

Tamago, or tamagoyaki, is a popular snack and sushi topping. The egg is carefully rolled as it cooks to create a light, layered omelette. The eggs are seasoned with mirin and soy sauce for a sweet-salty flavour.

The wooden handle stays cool so you can safely lift and turn the pan. With a little practice, you can master the delicate art of tamago. Serve your omelette with soy sauce and grated radish. You can take it in a roll to eat on the go or cut it into strips to make tamago sushi.

Not dishwasher safe. Wash in hot water with mild detergent. Use a soft sponge or natural fibre brush to remove food debris. Dry immediately after washing and ensure the pan is completely dry before storing. Do not use to store food. Seasoning required before first use.
