De Buyer Non-Stick Springform Cake Tin
Every baker should have a De Buyer non-stick springform cake tin in their cupboards. This classic style of cake tin makes it easy to get your finished cake out in one piece.
Once cool enough to handle, place the tin on a sturdy glass or mug. Release the clasp on the side and gently pull the ring down to release the cake.

The cake tin is made from iron for even heat diffusion, so your cakes cook uniformly. The hinge mechanism forms a tight seal around the cake tin base, so you don’t get any cake mixture leaking out.
To keep your cake tin in top condition, avoid using metal utensils. If you need to run something around the edge of the tin to help loosen the cake, choose something wooden or made from silicone so it doesn’t scratch the non-stick coating.
