Yutaka Wasabi Paste, 43g

Yutaka wasabi paste is a fiery paste, and a key ingredient in sushi and sashimi making. The bright green paste is often compared to horseradish for flavour, with a sharp tang, meaning you only need a little for a lot of flavour.

Add a little on top of sushi rice before rolling, or serve on the side of sashimi. You can also use this paste in salad dressings to add heat, or pair with chocolate in ganache for a fiery topping for cakes.
