In Japan vinegar has been drunk for centuries, as it is considered to have many health benefits – in small amounts it can aid digestion, boost the immune system and counter fatigue.
If enjoying as a drink, dilute 15ml of vinegar in a glass of water and drink before a meal. You can do this up to twice a day.
